Extended Volunteering Visits
We welcome volunteers and visitors from all over the globe. Long-term volunteers are crucial to our successful mustang rescue program. We have partnered with a variety of international volunteering organizations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about short and long-term volunteering.
Our program is a life-changing experience you will never forget. Get back to nature, learn how to care for and train mustangs, and have fun with us!We are located 60 minutes from Orlando, where you will find Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and LEGOLAND.Transport to and from Orlando City or the Orlando International Airport is provided by us for weekly/extended stay volunteers on Mondays.Email us at visits@wildhorserescuecenter.org for details and to volunteer.*Please understand that due to the natural landscape of our facilities, we cannot accommodate special needs individuals at this time.
We have 6 beds available in our Bunkhouse and two cabins. The Bunkhouse features a common area, kitchen, a single bedroom, a double bedroom, laundry room and a full bathroom. The one cabin is a single cabin, and the other one features two beds. Between the cabins we build a full bathroom.
