Brighton Marathon Fundraiser for WHRC
April 14, 2013
Andrew Kemp of Travellers Worldwide (www.travellersworldwide.com) is participating in the Brighton Marathon as a fundraiser for WHRC and 3 other organizations (an orphanage in Zambia, a medical program in Cambodia, and the elephant project in Thailand). WHRC and these 3 organizations are part of Travellers Worldwide’s Bridge The Gap Foundation (http://www.thebridgethegapfoundation.org/).
Travellers Worldwide is a leading international provider of voluntary placements and work experience internships overseas. With over 16 years experience, they have helped thousands of volunteers an experience of a lifetime. Volunteers build their skills, make lifelong friends, and gain the great satisfaction of having contributed to a vast range of truly inspirational projects.
During this time Travellers has also supported over 300 projects worldwide through enabling them to have the free assistance of volunteers as well as by providing them with crucial funding that, in many cases, enables them to continue their marvelous work. Travellers’ donations to projects take many forms, from funding children’s education to building classrooms, from providing computers to regular donations to orphanages.
Travellers Worldwide has partnered with WHRC to bring international volunteers together with our Mustangs. We are excited for this partnership and look forward to every volunteer we meet from abroad. We are also very grateful of Andrew commiting some of his fundraisings from the Brighton Marathon to our organization.
