WHRC received an anonymous tip that several young Mustangs adopted by Pam Moser of Hidden Creek Farms Animal Rescue were in bad shape. We called Ms. Moser and drove to Polk Country to see them. They were in terrible condition. We knew she had other BLM Mustangs and she gave us the blue roan but said the other Mustang was dead. We called the Polk County Sheriff’s Dept. to file a cruelty/abuse claim. Deputies arrived as well as Mr. Keen with the Ag Dept. Keen told us Moser has been under investigation since April. All four Mustangs are now at WHRC and doing well.
